The following policies apply to all Timid Turtle Creative workshops:

Cancellation: If you cancel your workshop registration no later than two weeks before the workshop is scheduled to begin, we will refund your registration amount in full, minus a 5% handling charge to cover online processing fees (which we cannot recover). If you cancel between two weeks and one week before the workshop is scheduled to begin we will refund half your registration amount. We cannot offer refunds if you cancel later than one week before the workshop begins. In all cases, we are happy to transfer your registration fee as noted below.

Transfers: If you discover that you cannot attend a workshop you have registered for, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a future Timid Turtle Creative workshop.
